Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:

N1HER�S, the City Council of the Cit,y of L,ynwood has
heretofore, on the 19th day ef June__, 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Ludwig and Dora Schmueck, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
�the City of Lyn��ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THFREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
_ wood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as foTlows: -
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Lu3wig and Dora Schmueck, husband and wife as
�oint tenanta .
said property hNreinafter described, sub�ect to conc�itions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said 7.andN than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment _to_the City. of--Lynwood of -
the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars, (�10.00)
the P,�ayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed.to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Ludwig and Dora Schmueck, huaband and wife
as joint tenants,
