Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
k�ood, Callfornia, as folTo�a�s:
V�'HER�S, the Cit,y Council of the Gity of L,ynwood has
heretofore, on the 21, day of _FPbruar�_, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Edward P, Krug and Mildred S. Krug,
husband and wife as ,�oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, .title and intereat of
the City of L;�nVrood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NUW, THEREF'ORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
I wood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order a.s f.ollows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Edward P. Krug and P�tildred S, Krug, husband
and wife as �oint tenants
saSd property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sai3 purchaser no other
or greater title to said land� than has been acquired by
sFZid ,City,
Section 2. That upon p�yment to the City, of-_Lynwood of- -
the sum of Ten and No/One-Hundredths Dollare ($10.00)
� the Mayor of the Cit;� of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
apecified to Edward P. Krug and R4ildred 8. Krug, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants

Clerk of said. City is hereby authorized to a�test said
