Be it resolved by the Ci-ty Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
�"`H���S, the City Council of the Cit,y of L„vnwood has
here`ofore, on the ` 3rd day of October , 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Darwin B. Maxson and Helen C. P,�Iaxson,
husband and wife as �oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of LynV!ood in aqd to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THFREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order c�s follows: "- "
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said I�rv�in B. Maxson and Helen C, n4axson, husband
and �aife as ,Joint tenants
said property hereinafter descrioed, sub,ject to conditions,
. restrictions, reservations and easements of recoxd.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said land� than has been acquired by
said City,
- -_ _.Section 2, That upon p�yment to- the Cit"y of of
the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars (�10.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Darwin B, Maxaon and Helen C. Maxson, husband
and dvife as ,�oint ten&nts

on behalf of the said C.ity of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk oP said City is hereby authorized to �.tte�t said
deed and to affix the City Seel of t!:e Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the �aicl C1ty of Lymrrood.
Seetion 3. Th:�t the N[ayor t�nd City Cler�c cf ,��id. Cit,y,
on behalf of sz.id City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow agrePment neceseary to oomplete the tr3nsfer of said

Section 4. 'That the City Clerk oi eaid City is author-

behe�lf of the sa.ld Cit;r of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upori con-
dition that ti�r s��.id consider�tion she,ll have been paid to
said Ci.ty.
