THERyIN,
Be it.resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
w`NER�S, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
hEretofore, on the 20th day of Februarv_, 1945 ac-
cepted the offer of Rudolph E. Ratliff and Dorothy B.
Ratliff, husband and wife as �oint tenants
for the.purch<�se of all of the right, title and intereat of
the City of LynH�ood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THF'REFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereUy resoloe, dete:mine and order �s follows:
Section l. That the City of Lynwood shal7. convey to
the said Rudolph E. Ratliff and Dorothy S. Ratliff,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants
said property hPreinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
re�trictions, reservations anci easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sa±d purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
s�zid City.
Section 2. That upon payment the City.of Lynwood oP��...
the sum of Ten end No/One-hundredths Dollars (�10.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyanee of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to Rudolph E. Ratliff and Dorothy B, Ratliff,
� Husband and wife as 3oint tenants. .
