RESOLUTION N0. 1956 �
RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL EBTATE
AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DE�D
UPON PAYI�IENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the Gity Council of the City of
Lynwood, �alifornia, as f ollows:
- �iHEREAS, the Oity Council of the City of Lynwood
has heretoforci, on the 3rd day of April � 194�,
accepted the offer of Paul E. Beutke and Bertha B. Beutke
husband and wife as ,�oint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, titZ� and intereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said city�
N067, THEREFORE, the City Gouncil of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey
-` to the said Paul F.Beutke`and &ertha B.Beutke, husband �
and wife as �oint tenants
said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to eonditiona,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record
That the City ehall convey to eaid purcha,ser no
other or greater tltle to eaid lands than haa been acquired
by the Clty. �
Sectlon 2. T'r.�,t u�cn payment to the City of Lynwood
' of the sum oP Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars (9�10.p0)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and

` directed to execute a deed of conveyance of�certain land
hereinaPter described, conveying the same as above specified
t0 Pa.ul E. Eeutke and Bertha B, Beutke, husband and wife
as ,joint tenants,

on behalf of the said Gity of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest �said
deed and to aPfix the L"ity Seal �f the C±ty of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the aaid City of Lynwood.
9ection 3a That the Mayor and Cit3 Clerk of said
City, on behalf oP said CiZy, are.hereby authorized to sign
any escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer
of eaid lande.
9ection 4. That the City Clerk of eaid City is
, authorized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named�
on beha.lf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or �pon
condition that the said consideration ahall haJe been paid
