Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood� �alifornia, as followsB
Y9HER�AS, th2 City Council of the City of Lynwood
has heretofore%, on the 23rd day of October , 194 5, �
accepted the offer of Marshall L. tNilkin and Frank Kabot
f or the purcnase of all of the right, tit1Q and intereat of

the City of Lynwaod in and to certain lands lying within �
sa,id city;
NOW, THEREFORF., the City CouneZl of the City of
Lynwood does hereby re�c.l d.et2rrnine and order as follows<
Section 1. Tha't the City of Lynwo�d shall convey
to the said Iliarshall L. Wilkin and Frank Kabot
said property hereinafter deacribed, subJect to conditions,
re3trietions, reservations and easements of record,
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no
other or greater title to said lands than haa been acquired
by the City.
Section 2, T'r_at uYCn payment to the Gity of Lynwood
of the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars ($10.00)

directed to execute a deed of conveyance of certain land
hereinafter describe3, conveying the same as above specified
to A4arshall L. Wilkins and Frank Kabot

on behalf of the said Gity of Lynwood, and that the City

Clerk of said C�ty is hereby authortzed to attest .:said
deed and to affix T,he City Sea1 oP *he City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalP of the eaid City of Lynivood.
Section 3o That the Mayor and Cit� Clerk of said
, City, on behalf of said C12y, are hereby authorized to eign
any escrow agreemeat necessary to complete the transPer
of said landa.

authorized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named�
on behalf of the said Clty of Lynwood, as eoon as, or �pon
condition that the eaid conaideration shal� haae been paid
to said City.
