A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE CITY

N0. 1? OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD. ,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Lynwood, did
on the 21st day of °Jfa,y, 1946, file with the City Clerk as ordered
by Resolution No. 1935 of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, j
adopted Dnay 7, 194-6, a report relating to the service neceasary to
maintain and illuminate by means of electric energy the suspended
electric street lamps of 250 ancl 600 candle power And tne 250 can-
dle power located on ornamental atandurds in certain streets in the
Cit;/ of Lynwood, said written report presenting the following:
1. Pl�ns and Specifications for the proposed improvement.
2. An estima.te of the cost of said_ improvement for a
period beginning July 1, 1946 and ending June 30, 1947.
3. A diagra.m ahovring the a3sessment district and also
the boundaries and dimenaions of the respective and sub-divisiona
of l�nd rrithin said district, each of said sub-divisions being given
a separate nu:nber on said diagra�.
a. A proposed assessment of the total amount of the costa
and expenaes of the proposed improvements upon the several subdiv-
isions of land in said diatrict in proportion to the estimated bene-
fits to be received by said sub-division�. Said assesement shall
refer to auch aub-divisienc upon said diagram by the r.espective
number thereon, and it ahall sYiow the namea of the owners, if known,
othervrise designating them as unknoavn.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT �SOLVED by the City Council oP the
City of Lynivood that said report, unmodified, is hereby approved
and adopted as a whole as the report for all subsequent proceedings
had"hereunder.
