RESOLUTION �PPROVING BUDGET PROPOSAL TO THE
STt�TE DIVISION OF HIGFP.�IAYS FOR EXPENDIT[TR� �F
ONE-FOURTH CEIQT GASOZIN� TA:� FOR STREETS OF
P,�AJOR In'�ORT�TCE l�ND . ONE-FOURTH CENT GASOLINE
TAX FOR STATE fiIG�NAYS.
WIi1REAS, the proposed improvements set forth in the
Streets of 1t�Iajor,Importance Report No. 2, hereto attached, are
projects proposirig improvements that are badly needed, and
W_�REAS, the proposed improvements set forth in the State
•Highways Report No. 2, hereto attached, are of great need, and
Wf�REAS, there are sufficient funds allocated for these
purposes by the State Division of Highways.
TF�R�FORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Lynwood hereby approves the budget as prescribed in the two
reports and reguest that.the llivision of Highways prepare a memorandum
agreement settin� up these projects in order that work may be started
in the near future.
