Be it reaolved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood� California, as followst

for the purchase of all of the right, titlQ and intereat of

said city;

Lynwood cloes hereby resclve, d.ete:rnine and order as follows;
Seetion 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey

restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no
othAr or greater title to said lands than has been acquired
by the City.

hereinafter described, conveying the same as above specified
