AND AUTHORIZING THE EXEL'UTION OF A DEED
UPON PAYI�IENT OF THE CON5IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN�
Be it re'so�ved by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, �alifornia, as follows:
VVHEREA9, tha Oity Gouncil of the City of Lynwood
has heretofor�, on the 15th day of htay � 1945,,
accepted the offer of Harvey Lareent and Dovie F, Lergent,
huaband and vaife ae ,Joint tenants
for the purchase of all of the right, title and intereat of

the City of Lynwood in and to certain.lands lying within
said city;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Lynwood does hereby resclve, dete:mine and order as followa;
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey
" to'the said' Harvey Largent�and Dovie F:�Largent,"husba.nd and -�-" -`�-'
wife as ,Joint tenanta,
said property herelnafter described, sub,ject to condltions�
restrictior�s, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no
other or greater title to said lands than has been acquired
by the City,
Section 2, Tne.t upcn payment to the Clty of Lynwood
oP the sum of Ten and No�One-Hundredths Dollara ($10.00)
the N�a.yor of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and
�� directed to execute a dee,d of conveyance of certain �land ��
hereinafter described, conveying the same as above speoified
to Harvey Largent and Devie F. Largent, huaband and wife as
�oint tenante

on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest :eaid
deed and to affix �he City Seal oP ;he City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the sald City of Lymvood.
Section 3a That tre Mayor and Cit;� Clerk of said
City, on behalf of said Ci2y, are hereby authorized to sign
any escrow agreement n;;cesaary to complete the transfer
of said lande.
9ection 4. That the City Clerk of eaid City is
authorized to deliver said deed t� the grantee therein named�
on behalf of the said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or t�pon
condition that the said consideration shal�. ha•re been paid
to said City.
