� BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lyn�vood,
ae follows:
PIHEREAS, a"�report on the proposed improvement, to-wit: the
construction o'f sanitar sewere and a
y ppurtenances in the tract as
described above hae been prepared by Robin A. Graves, City Engineer,
and delivered to the City Council of the City of Lynveood, as provided
•- ° by the �Streeta-and Highways Code Division 4 cited as Assess- --
ment Investigation, Limitation and h4a,jority protest act of 1931,° as
� amended, ae directed.by the City Council at their regular meeting
� held on June 5, 1946.

1. That the City Council of the City.of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and ordere that said report be filed with the
� City Clerk..
. 2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 23rd day of
July, 1946, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P, M. as the day and hour,
and the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the
City of Lynwood, CaliYornia, as the place �vhen and where any and all
persons interested may appear before said City Council and be heard
: on any matter pertaining to said report,
3. That the City Clerk ia hereby ordered to give the
notice prescribed by 8ection 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code

referred-to. and cited as '!SpeciaT.Assessment Inveatigation,
