IA REPORT, IN COR�PdECTIOId WITH THE
CONSTRUCTION OF SID�INALY.S, CURBS ATdD GUTTERS
IN THT DISTRICT Hr
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood, as follows:
l. That nursuant to the Streets a.nd Hi�hvrays Code Division
4, c3ted �s the "Special Assessment Inv2stigation Limitation and
r�a,jority Protest Act of 1931," the following report be, and the same
is hereby made of the findings and determinationa of said Cit�� Coun—
cil made upon the hearing held and conducted by sAid City Council
pursuant to its order theretofore duly made, upcn the Investigation
Report upon the proposed construction of sidewalke, curbs, and
gutters in the follovring de�cribed district:
All of that Tract 12600, t?s recordedi.in Book
24�, paPe 34 of Records of Los Angeles County
'"`"� and bounded by Imnerial Highwa,y on the Nor th,
Bullis Road on the West, and the Lugo Home
Tract on the South and Eaet. Comprising all
dedicated streets within said tract, nae�ely,
Sue, Lyndor�,, Hulme, Eve, Ira, Lilita and the
Ea�t side of Bullis Road within said Tract
Boundaries,
as proposed in Re solution No. 1939 of the City Council of the City
of Lynwood..
�a) That the hearing upon said Inveetigation Report was
held on the lSth day of June, 1946, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock
P. DF.., at the Council Chamber oP the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street,
in said City of Lynwood, and said hearing was fully completed �nd
condluded on said date without ad,journment;
(b) That at the time of said hearing, the Cit,v Clerk of
the City of Lym:vood presented to said City Councll his affidavit of
Mailing of Notices in the time, form and manner and to the per�ons
as required by law; that said Affid.avit ia now on file in the office

(c) That at the commencement of said hearing and bePore
protests arere considered �nd had, the Investigation Report above
referred to (except as to the man, plat, or dia.gram attached thereto
and the assessed valuations and true valuations of, and aesessments
and estimated assessments upon individual pa.rcels of land) was read
and explained to those assembled in attendance at said hearing;
(d) That there �vere�30 Persons in attendance at said
hea.ring, other than those holding and conducting same, in connection
with the hearing of said report;
(e) That no written proteats were filed with the City
Clerk of the City of Lynwood at or before the time fixed for salc7
hearino;
(f) That there vaere no written protests made or presente3
at or durino the progress of said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protests made at said_ hearino; �
(h) Th�it said written protests were filed by the owner of
. less than fifty per cent (50�o,)viz., � per cent of the total area
of the district propoaed to be assessecl for the payment of the coats
of said improvement; and
(i) That the nature of the protests made is as follows:
