THAT THE PUSLIC IIQTEREST, CONVENIENCE AND
NECESSITY REQUIRE THE PROPOSED IP�4PROVEi�iIENT
AND THAT SAID PROJECT IS FEASIBL�.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
xood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Counci.l of the City of Lynwood, did, on
the 7th day of May, 1946 approve an Investiaation Report under the
provisions of the Streets a,nd Hi�hways Code Division 4, c?ted as
'�Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and P�Ia,Jority Protest .
Act of l°31!' upon the proposed improvement of Traat 12600 in the�
�. City of Lynwood b,y constructing sidecralks; curbs, and gutters,,and
SNHEREAS, said Report having been duly prepared �nd,filed,
�.�.hearing was held thereon by said City Council on June 18, 1946, •
in the manner provided in said Act above referred_ to; and '
WHERFAS, the qity Council of the City of Lynwood has here-
tofore, and on the 18th day of June, 1946, adopted its Resolution of
, Report of said hearing, uihich eaid resolution of report was, on the
' 18th day of June, 1946, filed with the Clerk of said City Council;
- all in the time, form and manner required under the provisiona of -
aaid Act above referred to; and
4VHEREAS, less than thirty days have expir.ed aince the date
of the filing of last said report;
. NOW,•THEREFUR�, the City Council of the City of Lynv��ood

does hereby reaolve as followa:
(1) That the protests made at said hearing on said
Znvestig�tion Report be, and the same are hereby overruled;
(2) That the public interest, convenience and necessity
require the doing and making of the public improvement set forth and
described in s�id Report above referred to and.substantially in
the manner therein set forth;
(3) That the pr��ect, consisting of the proposed improve—
ment above referred to, is feasible;
(4) That the estimated total amount proposed to be aesesaed
upon any or all lota or parcels oP land for the costs and expenses
of said proposed improvement does not exceed the limitation oP indebt—
adness established and set forth in said P_ct above referred to and
will not, by the lev5r thereof, saud said limitation to be exceeded.in
any instance;
� (5) That no ma�ority protest Sn writing has been filed
by the o�ners of property proposed to be asaessed to.pay tne coats
and expenses of said proposed improvement or any part thereof, in
the manner provided in said Act above referred. to;
(6) That it is hereby ordered. that the proceedings for
the making of said proposed improvement be undertaken purauant to
the provisiona of an Act of,the Legislature oP the State of Calif—
ornia designated as the Streets and Highcra.ys Code Division 7 cited
as "Imnrovement.Aet of 1911,° and amendments thereto.
