SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 17, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:20 p.m. in the
Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember— Chavez, Fish, Yu, Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, City Attorney Vail, City Clerk Kuo
Councilmember Fish made a motion to excuse Councilmember Yu. Seconded by
Councilmember Chavez.
Councilmember Yu arrived to the meeting at 6:22 p.m.

City Manager's Performance Evaluation. There is no reportable action.
City Attorney Vail reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Potential Litigation. There is no reportable action.
