SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 14, 2017
1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Sternquist called the City Council Special Meeting to order at 6:37 p.m. in the
City Hall Community Room, 9701 Las Tunas Drive, Temple City.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember—Chavez, Fish, Yu, Man, Sternquist
ABSENT: Councilmember — None
ALSO PRESENT: City Manager Cook, Assistant City Attorney Murphy, City Clerk
Kuo
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS — None
4. CLOSED SESSION
A. Purpose: Potential Litigation
Potential Cases: One (1)
Authority: Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)
Representatives: City Attorney
City Council recessed to closed session at 6:37 p.m. and reconvened at 7:47
p.m. with all members present.
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council was briefed on the
Potential Litigation. There is no reportable action.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
