VESTIGATION REPORT, IN CCA�NECTION ���ZTH THE
COD?STRUCTION OF SAPJITARY SE'l�'ERS AND APPURTEIQ_
AtJCES IN THE DISTRICT HEHEINAFTEFt DESCRIBED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follo�s: •
1. That pursuant to the Streets and High�vays Code Division
4, cited as the "Special Assesament Investigation, Limitation and
Ma,Jorlt.y Protest p.ct of 1931," the follcwing report be, and the same
is hereby made of the findings and determinations of said. City Coun-
cil made upon the hearing held and conducted by sa.id City Council
pursuant to its order theretofore duly made, upon the Investigation
Report upon the proposed construction of sanitary sewers a�1d appur-
tenances in the following described district:
Tha.t portion of Licensed Surveyor Tract, Book 16,
Page 37,Records of Los Pn�eles County, lying be-
tween Century Boulevard on the South and Imperial
Highway on the North, Bullie ?�oad on the �ast and
Stockwell Drive on the !�?est, exclusive of Lots 4
to 26 inclusive and Lots 58, 05, 115, 128, 129,
168 and 169.
as proposed in Reeolution No. 196'] of the City Council of the City
of Lyn��eod.
(a) That the hearing upon .said Investigs.tion Report �vas
held on the 23rd da,y of July, 1946, at the hour of 8;OC o'clock P.M.,
at the Council Chamber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in said
City of Lynwood, and said hearing was fully completed and concluded
� on said d.a.te 4-�ithout ad,journment;
(b) That at the time of said hearing, the City Clerk of
the City of Lymvood presented to said City Council his affidavit of
mailing of notices in the time, form and manner and to the persons
e.s required by lavu; that said affidavit is nox� on file in the office
of said Cit,v Clerk;

(c) That at the commencement of said hearing� and before
protests t�aere considered and had, the Inveetigation Report aY�ove
- referred to (er,cept as to the ma.p, plat, or diagram atte.ched thereto
and the assessed valuations and true valuations of, and assessmenta
and esti:nated assessments upon individual parcels of la.nd) �aa.� read
and e�mlained to those assembled in attend�nce at said hearing;
(d) That there were g persons in attendance at said
heAring, other than those holding and conducting same, in connection
v�ith the hearing of said report;
(e) Tha.t �o written protests were filed with the City
Glerk oi the City of Lynwood at or before ths time fixed for said
hearing;
(f.) That there were No �vritten protests mad.e or pre-
sented at or during the pro�re;ss o£ said hearing;
(g) That there were no oral protests made at said meeting;
(h) Tha.t said written protests were filed by the o�R;ner of
leas than fifty per cent (50°�), viz., no, per cent of the total
area of the di�trict'proposed to be assessed for the payment of the
costs of said improvement; and
(i) That the nature of the protests made is as folloivs:
