Al1 of that Tract 12600, as recorded in Book 241, Page 34'of Records of Los Angeles County and bounded by Imperial Highatay on the North, Bullis Road: on the V�est, and the Lugo Home Tract on�the South and East; Comprising all dedicated streets cvithin said tract, namely, Sue, Lyndora, Hulme, Eve, Ira, Lilita'and the Eaet side of Bullis Road within said tract boundaries, all as described in Map 1946H on file in the Office of the City Clerk of sa.id. City, That all the work �?nd improvement aforesaid. s!�cll be done and performed as contemplated in Resolution No. 1970 of the City Coun- cil of the City of Lyn�vood, Ca,lifornia, and as sho�rn on ar.d in accor- 3ance with 2nd_ to the grades shown on the plans, profiles and speci- fications No. 1946B therefor filed in the office of the.City C1erk in the Cit,y Hall of said City of Lynwood. That, pursuant to provisions of the Streets and Highways•Code DiviLion cited as "Inprovement Act of. 1911," as amended., the City Council of the City of Lynwood �roposes to do the.'above work, or improvement, by centract; no contributSon of either labor or material tivill be made by the City, and the entire cost of said improvement i� to be ptzid bv special assessments.upon , benefited property. Said contenplated �.vork, or improvement, in the opinion of the City Council, is of more tnan local or ordinary pub- lic benefit, and. the,City Council hereby deternines and declarea that the district to be benefited by said work, or improvement, and to be assessed to pay the costs �nd expenses of furnishing all the materi�ls and_ supplies necessa.ry to do tYie above work, or improvement, is bounded and described as follows: The construction of curbs, gutters and sidewalks in the streets and alleys of the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of Ca_liPornia, as described as follo�vs: All of that Tract 12600, as recorded in Book 241, Page 34 of Records of Loa Angeles County and bounded by Imperi�21 Highway on the Idorth, Bullis Road on the West, and the Lugo Home Tract on the 3outh and East; comprising all dedicated streets within said tract, namely, Sue, Lyndora, Hulme, Eve, Ira, Lilita and the East sid.e of Bullis Road within said tract boundariea, all as d.esoribed in Map 1946B on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said City, Section 6. That is is hereby determined that no pa.rt of the cost of said improvement is to be naid by the City of Lyn�vood. The entire cost of labor; materials and supplies is to be paid by special assessments upon benefited- property. Al1 labor, materials and supplies, the cost of wh�ich is to be paid by said special assessment upon benefited property, and which �vill be furnished and delivered by the Contractor in accordance with sa:id Plans and Specifications�No. 1946B on file in the office of the City Clerk of Lynwood. Reference is hereby made to said Specificatione for a Pull and complete description and said Specifi- cations shall �overn for all details. Section 7. The City Council hereby determines and declares that serial bonds shall be issued in the manner and form provided in the Streets and Highways Code Division 7, cited as "Improvement _3_ Act of 1911" as amende�; bearing interest at the ra.te.of six per centum per annum to represent each assesament of twenty-five dollars � (�25.00),.or over, remaining unpaid for thi^ty days after the date i oP the �arrant, Said serial bonds shall-extend over a period ending nine years from the second day of January next Gucceeding the next � October £ifteenth following tn.eir date. Sa.id bonds and interest thereon shall be paid at the office of the City Treasurer and the same shall be disbursed b,y him, all as provided in the 5treets and Highways Code, �ivision 7,, cited as "Improvement Act of 1911," as amended: ° � Section 8. The proceec�ings for the aforesaid proposed work, or improvement, 4ha11 be taken under an Act of Legislature of --� the State of California designa.ted as the Streets and Highways Code, Division 7, cited. a.s "Improvement Act of 1911," and amendments thereto. � Section 9. The City Clerk shall poet a notice, conspicuous- Iy, for f3ve days on or near the Council Chamber door of said City , Council, inviting sealed proposals, or bids, for doing the work herein ordered to be paid f or by special assessments on benefited property as aforer�aid, consisting of furnishing and deliverfng all labor, materials and supnlies,.�,nd i.n accordance with said Plans and..
