RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CODNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LI'NPIOOD APPROVIPIG 1N.EMORANDUM OF ?_GREEN�TT FOR
EBPENDI`i'URE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCA'1�ED FQR
STREETS OF PRAJOR IMPORTANCE.
4Vf�REAS, the State oP California, through its department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum of
agreement in accordance with a pro3eet statement submitted by the City
for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tas for the 1945-47 biennium
allocated for State Highways in the City o£ Lynwood; and
�REAS, the City Couneil has heard read said agreement in Pull
and is familiar with the contants thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council oP the �ity of
Lynwood that said agreement for e�enditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax
allocated for streets of ma3or importanca be and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the
same on bahelf oY said City.
