RESOI�UTION OF THE CITY COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF
LYNW�OD APPROVING �ORANDiAi4 OF kGREEEMENT FOR
` EXI7ENDITURE OF,1/4 CENi GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR
STA�E HIGFl�"1AYS.
W.f�REAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Publie Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandwn o£
agreement in accordance with a pro3ect statement submitted by the City
for ezpenditure oP the 1/4 cent gas taa for the 1945-47 biennium
allocated for State Highvrays in the City of I,ynwood; and
�R�AS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in Pull
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
TS�REFORE, be it resolved by the City Council oP the C3ty of
Lynwood that said agreament for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax

alloeated for State hi�hvrays be and the 'same is hereby approved and

the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to si�n the same on behalf
of�asaid City.
