, IN THE A3liTTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF CARSON DRIVE,
ET AL, BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY SEWER$ AND
APPURTENANT WORK.
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CHANGE BOUNDARIES OF
PROPOSED ASSESSIuIENT DISTRICT.
- iNHEREA9, a public hearing on Resolution of Intention .
No. 1984, approved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood on
the 23rd day of July, 1946, was held by eaid Citq Council on the
20th day oP Auguet, 1946, said hearing being continued to September
3, 1946, and
WHEREA3, the City Council of eaid City has determined
� that oertain property lying outaide the asseasment district deacribed
in said Resolution of Intention is benefited by the proposed improve-
ment, and that certain property inoluded in said proposed asseasment
district is not benefited by said propoeed improvement,
� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood as followas
Section 1: Tha.t the boundaries of the assessment diatrict
above referred to be modified to include Lota 115 and 168, exclusine
of streets, as ehown on Licenaed Surveyors Map, recorded in Book
16, Pag�e 37, Recorde of 3urveya of Loa Angeles County, California,
and that sa3d aesesament district be further modified to exclude Lota
117, 118, 170 and 171, exclueine of streete, as ahown on said Licensed
Surveyora Map, which are not beneYited by said proposed improvement,
in the �udgment of this City Council.
Reference is hereby made to said Reeolution of intention
No. 1984 and to map of proposed aeseasment district as modified by
this reaolution on file in the office oY the City Clerk of eaid City
for.further details. Said map ahall govern for all details ae to
the extent of the asaesament diatrict.

Section 2: Notice is hereby given that Tueaday, the
3rd day of September, 1946, at the hour oP 8:�0 O�cloak Pr M. at
the Council Chambera in the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street; Lynwood,
~ -• California; is hereby fixed ae the time and place for hearing any
ob�ectiona to such modifications. Written ob�ections to the pro-
� posed modificationa may be filed with the City Clerk at or before
the time set Por said hearing.
The Ci�y Clerk is direeted to enter this resolution in
full in the minutea of the City Council and cause the same to be
published once in�the Lynwood Presa in the time, form and manner
required by law. •
