The C1ty Council oP the City of Lqnvrood, California,
hereby resolves and ordains as PollowaS
Section lt Those portions of Santa Fe Avenue (100 feet
wide) in the City of Lynwood, CaliPornia, lying between the northerly
line of Lot 2 of the J. J. Bullis 76 11/100 Aere Lot, as shown on
map recorded in Book 55, Page 28, Miscellaneoua Recorde of Loa
An�elea County, and the southerly line of Lot 3 of eaid J. J. Bullis
76s`13/lO�Aare Lot, within the carporate limits of the City of Lynwood.,
California, is unnecessary Por present_ or proapective public street
purposes and that the public interest and necessity and convenienee
requir'e, and the City Council said City h\ eby declares its inten-

tion to vacate and abandon that portion of said atreet.

the said portion of Santa Fe Avenue�as described above Yor the purpose '
of constructing and/or maintaining sewer and water,linea and storm

legal deacription of that por tion oY 3anta Fe Avenue proposed to be
vacated and abrzndoned and speciPy the time and place of hearing of
this Resolution oP Intention which "is hereby fixed as followas
The Hearing to be before the City Couneil of the G1ty of
Lynwood, at 11331 P].aza Street in the City Council Chambers of the
City Hall of said City oP Lynwood at the hour oY 8:00 P.M. September 3,194E
at which time and place all peraons intereated may appear and obJeot
or protest to the proposed vacation and abanflonment oP said�portion
of $anta Fe Avenue.
Section 6: After the passage a,nd adoption of thie
resolution oP intention, the City Clerk shall forthwith cauae a
certified copy thereof ta be publiahed onee in the Lynwood Presa, a
newspa.per printed and circulated in the City of I+ynwood, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular August 20th, 1946�
