APPURTENANT WORK.
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK OR II�IPROVEMENT
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO GIVE NOTICE
. INVITING BIDS.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as follows2
$ection l: In the opinion of said City Council, the public
interest and convenience require, and said City Council ha.ving.acquired
�urisdiction so to do, the following work or improvement ie herebq
ordered to be done, to-�sit; the conatruction of vitrified clay pipe
eanitary sewers together with houae connectiona, manholes, atreet
resurfacing and all appurtenant work in the Yollowing streeta, including
portions of intersecting streeta,! to-witi
CARSON DRIVE
between the northerly line of Century Boulevard and the aoutherly
Tine of Imperial Highway; " '
BENWELL DRIVE
between the northerly line of Century Boulevard and,the southerly
line of Imperial,Highway; "
STOGKWELL DRIVE � �
between the northerly line of Century Boulevard and the southerly
line oP Imperial Highway, and
IAtIFERIAL HIG�iWAY �
between.the northerly prolongation of the westerly line oP Stockwell
Drive and the northerly prolongation of the westerly line of Bullis
Road. - -

Seetion 22 All of the work or improvemen't aforementioned,
shaZl be done as contemplated in Resolution of Intentlon No. 1984 of
the City Council of the City of Lynwood, to which rePerence��is hereby
made for further particulara.
Section 32 Said proposed work, or improvement, in the opinion
of said Gity Council, is of more than local or ordinary public benePit,
and said City Counoil hereby determines and declares that the district
to be benefited by said work or improvement, and to be assessed to pay
the entire coate and expensea thereaf is particularly described in

Resolution of Intention No. 1984 euith certain modifications thereto
described in Resolution No. 1995. RePerence ia hereby made to afore—
mentioned resolutione and to map of proposed aesesement diatrict, as
modified, for further particulars ae to�the extent of the asaessment
district.
Section 4: The procseedinga for the aPoreeeid work or
improvement shall be had and taken under an Act of the Legislature
of the 3tate of California deaignated the Streets and Highways Cpde,
Diviaion 7, and cited ae the "Improvement Act of 1911'�, and amendmente
thereto.
8ection 50 The City Council hereby determines and declarea
that serial bonda shall be iasued in the form and manner pronided in
said aforementioned Act, bearing intereat at the rate of six (6) per
centum per annum to represent each asseasment of twenty—five (�25.00)
or over, remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the warrant.
Said aerial bonda ahall extend oner a period ending nine yeare from the
second day of January next aucceeding the next October 15th following
their date. Said bonds and intereet thereon ahall be paid at the office
of the City Treasurer of eaid City and ahall be disburaed. by him, all
ae provided in aaid Act.
Bection 6: The City Clerk shall post and aause to be pub—
liahed a notice inviting sealed proposals or bida for doing the above
deacribed work or improvement in,the time, form and manner required by
