IN THE H�ATTER OF THE If�ROVEMENT OF STREETS IN
TRACT N0, 12600 IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD�BY THE CON-
3TRUCTION OF CEMENT COPICRETE CURBS, GUTTERB, AND
$IDEWALK.
RE50LUTION OF AWARD OF COD?TRACT
WHEREA3, the City Council of the City of Lynwood, did, in
open session on the 5th day of September, 1946, publicly open, examine
and declare all sealed proposals or bids for certain work to be done
and improvement to be made in said city, all as set forth in Reaolution
of Intention No. 19<70, pasaed and adopted by said City Council on the .
18L2i day oP June, 1946, which Resolution of Intention is on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City and is�hereby referred to.for a I
description of sald work and improvement, and also for a description
oP the assessment diatrict liable to be asaessed therefor and for
further particulara; and
. t9FIEREA5, only one bid was received for the doing of said work,
` said bid bein� aubmitted by the VIDO KOVACEVICH CO.: '
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by said City Council thQt said
bid be accepted, and said City Council does hereby award the contract
for doing said work and improvement to the lov✓est responsible bidder,
to-wit: VIDO KOVACEVICH CO., at the prices for said work and improve-
ment named in their bid.
The City Clerk of said City Ss hereby directed to publiah
notice of this award twice in the Lynwood Presa, a weekly newspaper
publiahed and circulated in said citg and hereby designated for that
purpoae by this City Council.
