° WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lymuood, did, in
open session of the 20th day of September, 1946, publicl,y oren,
examine and declare all sealed pro,posa.ls or bids for the follol�ring
�tork to 'oe done and improvement to be made in said City, to-����it:
All that certain vaork and improvement set forth in Resolutir�n of
_ Intention Aio. 1984, paesed and adopted by sa.id City Council on the
23rd da.y of Jul,y, 1946, vihich Resolution of Intention is on file
in Une office of the City C1erY of sa.id City and is hereby referred
to for a. d.escription of sa.id v�ork and imnrovement and for further
parti ctilar s.

except the next herein mentioned,. znd hereby awards the contract for
doing said ti�rork o'r imt�rovement to the lo��est, regular, responsible,
bidder, to-v?it: J. P. EVANS, a t the prices for said u�ork and
improvernent named in his bid.
The City Clerk of eaid City is hereby directed to nut�lssh
notice of this award t?mice in the Lynv.�ood Fress, a v�aeekly ne�vspa.per
publisned a.nd circula.ted in.sa.id City and hereby designa.ted fo�° that
purpose by this City Council.
