RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TI?�SE TO COI�ITRACTOR.
PJHEREAS, VIDO KOVACEVICH CO,., a duly bonded contractor,,
' who now,has the contract for doing� the work and improvement above
mentioned,.has, because of difficulty in getting material deliveriee
and other conditions beyond hia control, found it impossible to �
, maintain the pla.nned schedule, and
WHEREAS, said contractor has heretofore �requeeted that
this City Council grant him.a sixty (60) day extension of time in
which to complete said work or improvement,
� IdOV7, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of �
the City of Lynwood.that the said contractor be granted z s3xty (60)
day extension of time in which to complete the work or improvement
aforesaid. '"
" ��� BE IT FURTHER RE30LVED that said City Council in granting
such extension of time, incurs no.additional liability and waives
no rights with respect to said,contract. �
