RE80LUTIOiV SETTIDtG FORTH FACTS OF HEARING AND
FII�TDINGS fCND CONFIRA2ING ASSESSAdENT.
WHEREAS, under the provisions oP Division 7 of the Streets
' and Ai�hv�ays Code, cited as the Zmprovement Act of 1911, and amend-
^�ants thereto, the CitJ Council of the City of Lyn�vood adopted its
Resolution oP Intention Aro. 1921 on the 2nd day of April, 1946,
declarin� its intention to order certain tivork to be done. Reference
is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention £or a description of
the work or� improvement, tlie assesement district and for further par-
ticulars,.which resolution is on file iri the office o£ the City Clerk
of said city; and
t"JHEREAS, the proceedin�s pursuant to said Reso2ution of
Intentioi7 have been had and tAken in the time, form and manner required
by law;, and ' �
V!1HEREAB, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been published, posted and mailed as required by laiv; and _
'A'HEREAB, a full and complete hear,ing on said assessment
has been held; and
WHEREAS, no protests or ob,jectiona to said assessment have
been filed,
NO�N, THEREFORE, BE.IT RESOLVED by'the`City Council oP the
City of Lynwood as follows: ,
Section 1. That the a.asessment is ,just and correct and in
accordance u�ith law and tha.t all of the actions, determinations,
resolutions and order, and_ all of the proceedin�s heretofore taken
are legal, v�lid and sufficient and that the diagram attached to
said asse�sment is legal, valid and. sufiicient,
Section 2. That 3aid proceedings and said assessment a.re
hereby confirmed and it is hereby ordered that v�;arrant may be attached
thereto accordingly. °
