CREATING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE FOR
12 HERNIAM AVENUE
WHEREAS, Stephanie Kilyk, 12 Hermann Avenue, has requested a Handicapped
Parking Space at the side entrance of her property on Linden Street; and
WHEREAS, the individual has met the requirements of the Traffic Safety Bureau for
said parking space; and _
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no objection to
the approval of said Handicapped Parking Space on the side entrance to her property on
Linden Street; and
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped Parking Space shall
be designated:
Stephanie Kilyk 12 Hermann Avenue (side entrance on Linden St.)
Adopted this 21" of October, 2010 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on October 22 ", 2010.
