RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED UPON P�Y-
MENT Ok' THE CONSIDERATION NAMED TNEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
CaliPornia, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore,.on the 20th day of PiIarch, 1945, accepted the offer of
W1171am H. Zastrow and Theresa W, Zastrow, his wife, and Walter H.
Zastrow and Marguerite L. Zastrow, his wife, all a.s ,joint tenanta with
rights of survivorship, for the purchase oP all of the right, title,
and interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying with-
in said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cltq Council of the City of Lynwoo@.
- does hereby resolve, determine and order as follotivs:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the I,

, with rights of survivorshlp, seid property hereinaftar described, sub-
,j•ect to conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record,
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other or
greater title to said landa than has been acquired by said City. ,
„ , Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lynwood of �
the sum oP Ten and No/One-hundredths Dolla,rs (�10.00) the Mayor oY the
, Ci�y of Lynwood is hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
of conveyance of certain land hereinafter deacribed, conveying the
s�,me as above specified to `�Gilliam H, Zastrow and Theresa 4V. Zastrow,
his wife, and Walter H. Zastrow and , ,�arguerite L. Zastrow, his wife,
all as ,joint tenants with rights of survivorship, on behalf of the
sald City of Lynwood, and that the City Clerk.of said City is.hereby
authorized to attest said de2d and to affix the City seal of the City

Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalP of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escro�vi
agreement necessary to complete tne transfer of said lands.

to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on behalf of the
said.City of L,yn�ood, as soon as, or uoon condition that the said
