WHEREAS, the City of Moab is in need of a sewage treatment works;
and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Moab to make an Appt'ieation
for Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works.
MOW THEREFORE, DE TT RESOLVED that the City Recorder
be, and they are, hereby authorised tfor Federal Grant
for Sewage Treatment Works under 3 }.S.C. 486 t seq. fo and on behalf
of said City of
CERTiF2CATION
Darrell Reardon, the duly appointed, qualified And acting City
Recorder of Moab City hereby certifies that the foregoing Resolution
is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly passed and adopted
at the regular meeting of the Moab City Council held on the 2nd day
of February, A. D., 1965, at the regular meeting place, at which a
quorum was present, and that said Resolution has neither been re-
scinded nor modified, and that the same is, as of the date hereof,
currently in force.
