AUTHORIZIidG THE EXECUTION OF A DEED UPOid PAY-
PRENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NA�4ED THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Lyn��iood, California, as follows:
VlHEREAS, the City Gouncil of the Ci*y of Lyn�vood has here-
tofore, on the 4th day of December, 1945, accepted the offer of
C. L. Cox Jr. for the purchase of' all of the right, title, and
interest of the City of Lynwood in and to certa3n lands lyino .;rithin
said city;
N01"l, THEREFORE, the C+_ty Council of the City of Lynwood
does 1lereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to the
said C, L. Gox Jr. said property hereina£ter described, subject to
cond.itions, restrictions, reservations, and easements of records.
That the City shall convey to said purchase no other or
greater title to said lands than has been acquired by the City.
Section 2. That upon ?�ayment to the City of Lynw�ood of
- the sum of Ten and No/One-hundredths Dollars (�10.00) the n4ayor
of the City of Lynwood is hereby authorized and. directed to execute
a deed of conveyance of certain land hereinafter described, conveying
the same as above specified to C. L, Cox Jr. on behalf of the said
City of Lynx�ood, and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby
authorized to a.ttest said deed and to a£fix the City Seal of the City
of Lfnwood thereto, on behalP of the said City of Lynwood.
Section 3. ThAt the P.4ayor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized'to sign any escrow
aoreement necessary to complete the transfer of said lands.
Section 4. That the City Clerk of said City is authorized

to deliver said deed to the grantee tkierein named, on behalf of the
said City of Lynwood, as soon as, or upon condit�on that the said
consideration ahall have been paid to s�.id City.
Section 5. The property conveyed by thie agreement is
deacribed as f ollows, Lo-�vit;
Lot 73, Tract 921, as per map recorded in
Book 18, Page 106 and 107 of ndaps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California..
