AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2010 -2011 LICENSE TERNI
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for EXPRESS TAXI for the 2010 -2011 License Term
by the following:
ADAIBERTO G. VISCIGLIA
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to ADAIBERTO G. VISCIGLIA for the 2010 -2011 License Term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Nlayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2010-
2011 License Tenn to ADAIBERTO G. VISCIGLIA.

and certified as a true copy of the
