RE30LUTION N0. 2021
IN THE A�ATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF CARSON DRIVE
ET AL� IN THE CITY OF LYNVPOOD, CALIFORNIA.
P.ESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME.
WHEREAS, J. P.. EVANB, a duly bonded contractor, who
now has the contract for doing the work and impronement above
� mentioned, has, because of difficulty in getting material deliveries
� and other eonditiona beyond hia control, Pound it impoaeible to
maintain the planned schedule of work, and
WHEREAS, said .contractor haa heretofore requested that
' this City Council grant him an extensSon oP time in which to eom- �
plete said work or improvement,
,. NOW, THERF�'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oP
the City of Lynwood that the said contractor be granted a ninety (90)
day extenaion of time in which to complete the avork or improvement
aYoresaid.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said City Council in granting
such extension of time, incure no addltional liability and avaives
no rights with reapect to said contraet,
PA3SED and ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1947.
