RESOLUTION CONVEYING CERTAZN REAL PROPERTY OF
, THE CITY OF LYNWGOD AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF DEEDS IN PURSUANCE THEREOF. •
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lynwood, that
Section 1: The Gity of Lynwood shall convey to Frank
Battyany and.�ary Battyany, husband and wife as �oint tenants, that
real property described herein as Parcel 1, and to Grace C,'Miller,
an unmarried woman, that real property described herein as Parcel 2,
sub�ect to conditions, restrictions, reaervationa, and easements of
record.
. Section 2: That,the deeds of the City of Lynwood conveying
said real property to Frank and Mary Battyany and to Grace.C. P�iller,
dated January 2� 1947 be and the same are hereby approved.
Section 3: That the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the aforesaid deeds on behalf of
-• the aaid-City of Lynwood and the City Clerk of said City is hereby
auth�rized•to atteat said deeds and affix the City Seal of the City ,
oP Lynwood thereto on behalf of said City of Lynwood,
� S�ection 4: That the �ayor and City Clerk of said City
. on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow
. neceasary to complete the said tranaPer of said landa.
Section 5: The City Clerk of said City is hereby authorized
to deliver said deeds to the �ranteea therein named on behalf of
said City of Lynwood.
Section 6: The property conveyed by thie agreement is
, described as followa, to.wit:

except the South 40 feet thereof, as
