for doing the work and improvement above mentioned, has, becauae
, oP difficulty in getting material deliveries and other conditions
beybnd his control, found it impossible to maintain the planned
schedule, and �
WHEREA�., said contractor has heretefore requested that
thls City Council grant him � Porty (40) day extension of time in
which to complete said work or improvement,
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Clty of Lynwood that the sald contractor be gra.nted a_forty
- (40) day extenaion of time in which to complete the work or improve-
' ment aforesa`id. �
BE IT FJRTHER RESOLVED th�.t said City Council in granting �
^ such extension of time, incurs no additional liability and waives
no rights with reapeet to said contract.
