RESOLUTIOPI SETTIVG FORTH F'ACTS OF HEARING, AND
CONFIRI�dIiJG A$SESSIv1ENT, IN THE iJfATTER �F THE Iil�-
PROVEMENT OF LYNDORA STREET, ET AL IN THr. CITY
OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, UNDER THE PROVISIONS of Division 7 of the Streeta
and Highv�rays Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 2911, and amend-
,
ments thereto, the City Council of the City of Lynwood adopted its
Resolution of Intention No. 1970 on the 18th day of June, 1946, de-
claring ite intention to order certain work to be done. Reference ls
hereby made to said Resolution of Intenticn for a description of the
work or improvement, the assesament district, an� for further particu-
lare, �hich reeolution is on Pile in the office of the City,Cfierk of
said, City; and
WHEREAS, the proceedin�s purauant to said Resolution of
Intention have been had end taken in the time, form and manner
required by laia; and
WHEREA,S, a notice of hearing� on the propoaed aesessment
has been published, posted and m�iled as required by law; and
WHEREA3, a full and complete hearir� on said assessment was
held on the 4th day oP February, 1947; and
WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests or objections,
NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci:l of'the
, City of Lynwood as follows:
Section 1: That the assessment is �ust and correct a.nd in
accordance with law and that all of the actions, determinations,
resolutions and orders, and all of the proeeedings heretofore taken
�re legal, valid and sufficient and that the diagram atta.ched to eaid
assesament is legal, valid and sufficient. '
Section 2: That said proceedina:s and said assessment are
hereby confirmed and. it is hereby ordered that the warre,nt may be
