OPENING MATTERS:
Call to Order—Acting Community Development Director Reimers
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS /PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE
PUBLIC HEARING 1TEM5:
1• File: PL 17-1019. A Major Site Plan Review for the development of two, new, 2 -story, detached
dwelling units with attached garages on an R-2 (multi -family) zoned lot.
Address: 5816 Alessandro Avenue
Recommendation: That the Acting Community Development Director adopt the attached
resolution finding that the project is exempt from CEQA and approve File
PL 17-1019 subject to the proposed conditions of approval.

Management Analyst Coyne gave a brief summary of the staff report.
Acting Community Development Director Reimers asked how condition seven addresses architectural
compatibility.
Management Analyst Coyne stated that landscaping features such as potted plants and decomposed
granite are compatible with the architectural style of the structure.
Acting Community Development Director Reimers opened the public hearing.

six be amended to
reflect paragraph 5538(b) in the
building
and professions code. He stated that he
otherwise concurs
with the conditions of approval.

Planning Manager Reimers closed the public hearing, approved PL 17-1019 modifying condition six
of the Building conditions to reflect paragraph 5538(b) in the building and professions code, found
that the project is categorically exempt, and adopted the resolution.

The Director's Hearing was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
