RESOLUTION N0. 2025
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION; BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LYNSVUOD, CALIFOHi�1IA, DECLARING
' ITS INTENTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON THAT POR-
TION OF a�lAGNOLIA AV�'DTU� HEREIN DESCRIBED. .
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
hereby resolves as follows;
_ Section 1: That tnat portion of Magnolis. Avenue lying
between the southerly prolongation of the easterly line of Lot 2,
Tract 11198 as sYiown on map recorded in Book 197, Page 46 of H+taps,
Records Los Angeles County, California and a line 40 feet easter].y
of and parallel to center line of Bullis Road as said center line is
shown on map of said tract, within the corporate limits of the City
of Lynwoo�, California, is unnecessary for present or proapective
public street purposes and that the public interest and necesslty
and convenience require, and the City Council of said City hereby
declares its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of said

, Section 2: That said portion of Pdagnolitz Avenue as aboue
<� deacribed lying and bein� in said City of Lynwood is shown on M2p . '
,, No. 401 on file in the Office oP the Clerk of said City to which all
" parties.interested are referred for particulars as to the proposed
vacation and abandonment..
Section 3: That the City of Lynwood hereby reserves an
easement through, over, and upon said portion of I�Ragnolia Avenue as
described above for the purpoae of operatir�, constructing, and/or
maintain3ng public utilities therein.
Section 4; That the City Council hereby elects to proceed
in said vacation and abandonment under Sections 8300 to 8324, inclu-
sive, of the Streets and Highw�ya Code oP the State oP California,
as amended.
Section 5: That Tuesday, the 4th day of March, 1947, at

Hall in said city is hereby fixed. as the time and place for hear�ng
any protests or ob�ections to the proposed vacation or abandonment
