A RESOLUTION OF THE CITX COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYN'dJOGD REQUESTIiVG PERP,4ISSION FR01�4 THE COUNTY
OF LOS r�NGELE5 TO INSTALL SEWER LIAIES IN COUNTY
1ERRITORY.
WHEREAS, the uity of Lynwood propoaes to construct
sanitary �ewers to serve certain properties along the easterly
boundary li.ne of the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREA,S, it is necessa,ry .to construct said work in County �
territory and to connect into exi�ting county sewers,
D1��"1, Ti-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV�D that the Board of Super-
visors be and they are hereby requested to grant permiseion to the
City of L,ynwood to install II° sanitary se�uers together with man-
, hole� and appurtenant work in the firat alley easterly of Atlantic
Avenue and in the first alley southerly of Century Boulevard, all
in accordance �vith Plan'!Jo. 404 now on file in the office of.the
County Road Department and the County Surveyer.
^ BE IT FURTHER R�'50LVED that all�maintenance v�rork in
connection vaith the operation of said sewers tivill be done by and at
the expense of the City of Lynvaood.
