OF LYNWOOD, CALIFOR�IA, CALLING A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRO- VISIONS OF THE LAWS OF TfiE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Be it resolved by the City Qouncil of the City of Lynwood,. California, as follows; 8ection 1: That a Speeial Municipal Election be and the same is hereby called in said City, at the time and in the manner pro- vided by the laws of the State of Californie, and the City Clerk be, and he is hereby instructed and authorized to publish a"NOTICE QF ELECTION", as requirsd bg the laws of the Stata of California, which shall contain a statement of the time of the election,, the proposition to be voted on, and briefly a general description of the voting pre- cincts and location of the polling places.
