A RE30LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNVJOOD, AMENDING THE AUTHORIZED AGENT OF
LOCAL AGEIdCIES DSSIGNATED IN RESOLUTION N0.
1859� THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOVr32
WHEREA3, T. G. Dummett, City Treasurer, was designated
as the authorized agent of Local Agency in Reaolution No. 1859�
a res of the City Council oP the City of�Lynwood, making
application to the 3tate of California for funda for acquisit].on aid
as provided under Chapter 47, Statutes of 1944, (4th Extra Sesaion),
State of California; and
•WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did
canvass the votes of the �eneral election of April 9, 1946, on April
15, 1946; and ,
WHEREAS, Allen R. Floyd wae certified to be the City
Treasurer of the City of Lynwood;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said City Treasurer
is hereby designated as the authorized agent of Local Agency for
the purpose of signing in their behalf in connection with the
application to the 3tate of California, ae aet forth in Reaolution
No. 1859, of the City Council of the City oY Lynwood, adopted and
approved April 18, 1945. '.
