RESOLUTION N0. 2037 _
A RF.SOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS
FUNDS HFLD B Y THE TRFASURER OF THF CITY OF LYN-
WOOD TO THE GINERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the Treasurer of the City of Lynwood now has
in the districts hPreafter indicated surplus funds in the amounts
hereafter s.tated pursuant to the Bond Act; and
WHEREAS, the improvements called for and undertaken in
said districts have been completed for many years past;
WHEREAS, the said districts and the sums mentioned are
as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, it is resolved that the aforesaid funds
in the total sum of �10,657.75, held bq the Treasurer of the City

of. Lynwood is the above districts, be transferred to the General
Fund of the City of Lynwood, and the 'Preasurer is hereby authorized
and instructed to effect such transfer.
