R'HEREAS, UNDER THE PROVISIUNS OF Division 7 oP the Streets
and Highways Code, cited as the Improvement Act of 1911 and amend-
• mente thereto, the Gity Gouneil of the City of,Lynwood adopted ita
Resolution of Intention No. 1984 on the 23rd day of July, 1946, de-
claring its intention to order certain work to be done. Ref erence is
,_ hereby made to said Resolution of Intention for a description of the
work or improvement, the aeeessment district, and for Purther partiau-
lars, wl�Sch resolution is on file in the office of the City Clerk of
eaid City; and . �.
R'HEREAB, the proeeedings,purauant to eaid Resolution of
Intention have been had and taken in the time, Yorm and manner
required by law; and � ,
- - WHEREAB, a notice of hearing on the proposed assesament
has been published, posted and mailed as required by law; and
VPHEREAS, s full and complete hearing on s�?id assessment was
held on the 15th day oP Ap�ril, 1947; and �
WHEREAS, there were no or.al or written protests or ob�ectiona,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc�3.1 of the

accordance with law and that all of`the actions, determinations, resol-
utions and orders, �d all of the�proceedings heretofore taken are_ legal,
valid �nd sufficeint and that the diagram attached to said asseasment
is legal, valid and aufficient.
