MINUTES
October 13, 2000, 1:00 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
PRESENT:
ALSO PRESENT:
Vice Mayor McCormack called the Special Council meeting to order at
1:00 p.m.
Councilmembers: Drake, Florian, and Susman. Mayor Schneider noted
absent.
Town Manager Stephen L. Wright, Community, Public Works Director Tom
Covey, Town Engineer Dan Wilkins and Town Clerk Patt Osborne.
COUNCIL TOURS HIGHWAY 267 BY-PASS RAMP
Councilmembers Drake, Florian, Susman, and Vice Mayor McCormack along with members of staff
and the community were taken on a bus tour of the Highway 267 by-pass ramp project by Public
Works Director Tom Covey. There were approximately 25 people on the tour. Town Engineer Dan
Wilkins and Bob Burton, Resident Engineer for CALTRANS, reviewed for the participants the
background of the project, the construction of the ramp, and the steps for completion.

ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor McCormack adjourned the meeting at 2:50 P.M., to the next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Town Council, October 18, 2000, 6:00 P.M., Public Utility District Board Room.
