RESOLUTION OF INTE:dTION OF THE GITY vOUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARIArG ITS
� I!�iTENTION TO VACATE CERTAI :d PORTIOi�S OF PFNDLE-
TOPI AVENUE.'
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follow3:
Section 1: That that portion of Pendleton Avenue lying.
between the nor therly prolongation of the easterly line of Hulme
Avenue and a line extending from the northeast corner of Lot 108 of
. Tract No. 6312 as shoivn on map recorded. in Book 71, Page 75 of IJaps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California, to the southeast corner of
Lot 33 of Tract No. 13633 as shown on map recorded in Book 276, Pages
46 and 47 of P.4aps, Records oP said County, is unneceseary for present
or proapective street purposes and that the public interest, neaessity
and convenierce require, and the City Council of. said city hereby_
declares its intention to vacate and abandon that portion of said
� avenue. ,
Section 2: That said portion of Pendleton 9venue as above
. described lying and being in said City of Lynwood ie shown on mAp �
No. 400-A on file in the Office of the City Clerk of said City and
to which all partiea interested are referred te for further particu-
lars as to the proposed vacation and abandonMent.
Section 3: That the City of.Lynwood hereby reserves an
easement Sn, upon, over and acrose said portion of Pendle*on Avenue
' above described for the purpose of operating, constructing, and/or
maintaining public utilities therein.
Section 4: That these proc=edinga are had and taken under
the provisions of Sections 8300 to 8324, both inclusive, of the
- Streets ancl Highwa3rs Code of the State of California, as amended.
Section 5: That Tuesday,°the 3rd day of June, 1947, at
the hour of 5:00 o�clock P. M, in the Council Chamber of the City

in the time, form and manner required by law.
