RE30LUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CZTY COUNCIL OF
� THE CITY OF LYN6YOOD, CALIFOR.�IIA, DECLARSNG ITS
INTENTION TO VaGATE CERTAIN PORTIONS OF PENIDLE-
TON AVENUE.
The City Counatl oP the C2ty of Lynwood doee hereby
reeolve as Pollowa:
Section 1: That that portion of Pendleton Anenue lying
between the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Hulme
Avenue and a llne extending from the northeast corner of Lot 108 of
Traot No. 6312 as shown on map recorded in Book 71, Page 75 oY Map��
Recorfla of Los Angelea County, California, to the southeast corner
of Lot 33 of Tract No. 13633 as shown on map recorded in Book 276,
Pages 46 and 49 oP Maps, Recorda of said County, is unneceesary Por
present or proapective atreet purposes and that the public interest,
� • neceasity and eonvenience require, and the City Council of said City -
• hereby declares its intention to vacate and abandon that portion oY

, � Secstion 2: That said portion of Pendleton Avenue as above
deacribed lying� and being in aaid City of Ly,nwood ie shown on map
• No. 400-A ori file in the Office of the City Glerk of said City and

lars as to the proposed vacation and abandonment, y
Section 3: That the City of Lynwood hereby reserves an
easement in, upon, over and acrosa eaid portion of Pendleton Avenue
above described for the purpose of operating, conatructing, and/or
� maintaining public utilities therein.
Seotion 4: That these proeeedinga are had and taken under
the provisiona of Seetions 8300 to 8324, both inclusive, of the
5treeta and Aighways Code of the State"of California, aa amended.
Section 5: That Tueeday, the 17th day of 1947, at
the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City
