RESOLUTION N0. 2045
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
PRELIhiINARY REPORT ON MAINTENANCE OF STREET
LIGHTS ZN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD. '
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
reeolve as follovre:
SECTION 1: That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said�City a report
in writing covering the maintenance of etreet lighting in said City
for a period of three years commencing July 1, 1947.
SECTION 2: That saifl report shall contaln the Pollowing:
(a) Plana and specificatlons for the proposed improvement.
(b) An estimate oP the cost of said improvement for the
period of time above apecified.
(c) A diagram showing the propoaed aseeasment district
and also the boundariee and dimeneiona of the reapective lota or
parcels oY land within said district, each of whiah lots or parcels
to be given a aeparate number upon the diagram.
(d) A proposed aeaeasment of the total amount of the
costs and expenses of the proposed improvement upon the several lots
or parcele of land in the aesessment district in proportion to the
eetimated benefits to be received by such lota or parcele, reapectively,
from said improvement. •
SECTION 3� That euch report shall be in compliance with
the provisione of the °Street Lighting Act of 1919° now Par� 1 of
Divieion 14 of the 3treete and Highways Code oP the State of Calif-
ornla, as amended.
