A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD�,CALIFORNIA,OBJECTING TO THE SALE BY THE
COUN`PY, PURSUANT TO DIVISIGN 1, PART 6, CHAPTER
7� OF THE REVENUE AND TAXA.TIUN CODE� OF CERTAIN
PROPERTIES 3ITUATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD�
AND AGAINST WHICH THE GITY OF LYNWOOD HAS LEVIED
TAXE3.
WHEREAS, the following described parcele of real property
are aituated within the Gity of Lynwood, namely,,

fore been deeded to the State of Galifornia for delinquent taxes; and
each auch deed to the State for taxea includes taxee levied by the
City of Lynwood, the taxea oP whieh Gity are collected by Gounty
Officera; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood ha.s been notified by the
County Tax Colleotor oP Los Angeles County that he was authorized by
the Board of Supervieors oP Loa Angeles County to sell each of said
pa.rcela of .property in accordance with Division 1, Yart 6, Chapter 7
of the Revnue and Ta�ation Code; and
WHEREA3, it ie to the best interesta of the Gounty of Los
Angelea and the City of Lynwood, that said propertiea be withheld
from public auction sale by the County of Los Angeles and be sold by
said County to the City oP Lynwood; and
WHEREAB, the Mayor and Citp Glerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Lynwood an agreement
with the County of Los Angeles for immediate caeh�purcha.ae�of said
properties at a price not leea than the minimum bid for which the
propsrties are to be ofEered at public auction.

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood

does reaolve and determine as follows: .
That the City of Lynwood, a taxing agency, dce s hereby
ob�eat to the sale of ea.ch and all of the said above described par-
cele oP real property by the Connty Tax Collector of Los An�eles
County, in accordsnce with Division 1, Part 6, Ghepter 7 of the,
Revenue and Taxation Code.
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed
to immediately Porward a certified copy of this reaolution to the
Board of Superviaors of the County oP Los Angeles, Hall of Records,
Loa Angelea, Ca.lifornia, and to H. L. Byram, Cour�ty Tax Collector,
Room 156, Hall of Justice, Los Ang�elea, California,
PA53ED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd da.y oP June, 1947.
