RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF,VACATION FOR CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF PENDLETON AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD. ,
P7HEREA3, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on
, the 20th day of May, 1947, pass its Resolution oP Intention declaring
ite intention to vacate certain portions of Pendleton Avenue, and
WAEREAB, said Re�olution wa s publiahed and notioe of

4YHEREAB, a full and impartial hearing was held on the 17th
@ay of June, 1947, covering all the mattera deacribed in sald
Reaolution of Intention, and ..
� WHEREAS, no proteata or ob,jentiona were made at said
hearing to eaid proposed vacation,
NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oP the
„ _ .Ci_ty of_.Lgnwood, as followa: - -
3ect3on 1: That that portion of Pendleton Avenue lying
between the northerly prolon�ation of the easterly line oY Hu1me
?.venue and a line extending from the northeast corner of Lot 108 of
Tract No. 6312, ag ehown on map recorded in Book 71, Page 75 of B�faps,
Recorda of Los Angelea County, California, to the southeast corner
of Lot 33 of Tract No.-13633 as ehown on Map recorded in Book 276',
Pagea 46 and 47 of Mapa, Reaords of eaid County, is unneceesary for
preaent or proapective public uae and it ia hereby ordered that said
anenue be va.cated and abandoned, subJect to the provisions of Section 2.
5ection 2: That the City of Lqnwood hereby reservea an
- easement in, upon, over and across said portion of Pendleton Avenue
above described for the purpose oP operating, conatructing and/or
maintaining publie utilities therein.
Section 3: That the City Clerk ahall cause a certiPied
copy oP said order to be recorded in the ofPice of the Countq
