CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-09
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY
WHEREAS, The Office of Traffic Safety has generously offered to donate a Stalker
Radar DSR2X valued at approximately $3,500 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the
"City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to the
Office of Traffic Safety for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks the Office of Traffic Safety.

and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
