lo rccovcry of taxes p::id undcr protest for thc tax ycars 1941-42

12 cluded within such improvements assessments were valuations of
13 veult doors and countcrs owned by banks, and which if classified
14 � personal property� would bc exempt from taxntion in thc County
15 of Los F.ngcles for said year, and further allc�ing that all such
16 counters and vault doors� machinory and other tradc fixtures
17 wcrc classified as personal property� cxcopt whcn used for bank�
